Running for some is a way of life. For others running keeps them in shape, healthy, and full energy. For some it is a job.
For our readers and runners out there, why do you run? Being a novice runner myself, I run to keep healthy. There is a history of diabetes and heart disease in my family and I want to steer clear. I also run to keep off the baby weight I gained having my first child...any other moms out there doing the same!?
